A: Acrylic bottles and jars, airless bottles, plastic lotion bottles and cream jars, PP /PET/ PETG jars and bottles and all kinds of Packaging components for skincare & cosmetics.

Q: Provide free sample?
A: Yea, but you will pay for the freight cost.

Q: How about the samples?
A: Yes. We can offer you free samples, but the freight for express is on buyer's account. We will send samples to you via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, you can also call your local express to pick up samples from our factory.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 3000-5000pcs .However it depends on the product.

Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: For common design products, we will send goods to you within 25-30 days after we receive your 50% deposit. For OEM products, we will send goods to you within 30-35 days after we receive your 50% deposit.

Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will start to make mass production. Doing random inspection before packing; Taking pictures after packing.

Q: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you can take some pictures or video from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 work days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of cosmetic packing. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
